Mini-Stroke Symptoms (TIA)
A transient ischemic attack (TIA) causes the same symptoms as a stroke but they resolve within minutes to hours. This is NOT reassuring — it's a warning. Up to 1 in 3 people who have a TIA will eventually have a full stroke, often within days. If you experience any stroke symptoms that go away on their own, you MUST still seek emergency care. A TIA is your brain giving you a final warning before a potentially devastating stroke.
